What other nut might he be allergic to? He eats peanuts and peanut butter with no problems. The reaction to the cashew was pretty severe and he had to be rushed to the hospital at the age of two from merely taking one bite. I don’t want to risk another scare like that, but at the same time, how will I know if I don’t try other nuts? He is 7 now, and we haven’t let him have cashews since that incident. But I have been told that the next reaction will be more severe and lethal since the body is just waiting for that trigger to react. before I knew he was allergic I used to eat everything and he had an eczema as soon as I stopped eating nuts the eczema went away. Recently I gave him some milk based formula and he broke out, but I always ate (and still do) milk products and never saw anything different by him. Is he only allergic to milk products if he eats it directly or is he maybe not even allergic to milk procucts? Overall Rating: Total Customer Reviews: (3)
